I joined the Accelerator program not knowing what to expect, but it has far exceeded my expectations. From the focus on technical growth to personal growth, the experiences and opportunities to learn and grow have been so valuable. The Accelerator program has given me a space to explore my interests, build new relationships, and really enjoy the work that I do. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The Accelerator Program has provided me an amazing foundation to jumpstart my career as a developer. The program has been the perfect space for incubating my growth as a young professional, and having a cohort to go through the journey by my side has made it all the more rewarding.

One of the things that attracted me to Atomic Object was the way in which mentorship and personal development growth are incorporated into our work week through the Accelerator program. The program has really given me the space to tailor my personal growth to my first development job. The cohort of Atoms I'm a part of also means that I get to grow with other atoms, which is nice because it forms another source of support.

The Accelerator program creates an ideal environment to develop professionally with exposure to multiple technologies and projects early on. Additionally, my favorite part of the program has been the Accelerator book club. It is a wonderful opportunity to step back from your daily work, reflect, and grow as an individual.
