Predictable delivery

Atomic will provide you with a weekly progress report that tells you two things:

1. When will my project be finished?
2. How much have I spent?

It also shows you what changes you’ve made to the scope of the application and how that affects these two variables. We also use project management tools that allow you to manage the backlog of features, in conjunction with your development team, so that you can adjust your development priorities to meet your business goals. These weekly iteration meetings and frequent updates inform you about the progress of your software and the status of your budget while allowing you to manage both of those things. Being able to work closely with your developers aligns expectations and leaves little room for surprises, producing overall better quality software and a more transparent working relationship.
