Customers love Agile – at least in theory. Early delivery, working software, and responding to change are things every customer wants. Delivering this is trickier though – especially as a project reaches crunch time. Developers are often asked to abandon practices like testing. Ditching the practices that enable agility rarely ends well, and can be avoided.
