Atomic Object presents innovative software development techniques at more high profile summer conferences

Grand Rapids, MI – Continuing in a trend of growing national recognition, the Atoms of Atomic Object will speak at a number of notable conferences this summer. Atomic Object has been invited to present at more conferences this year than any previous year in its history.
On August 13, Matt Fletcher and Bill Bereza presented an experience report entitled “Evolving into Embedded Development” at Agile 2007. This presentation delved into Atomic Object’s application of Agile techniques to embedded software development. Atomic Object has recently expanded into the embedded software market and is developing expertise in and refining tools for applying practices like Test-Driven Development to the complex challenges of firmware.
On August 15, Scott Miller and Bill Bereza presented a tutorial entitled “Presenter First: TDD for Large, Complex GUIs” at Agile 2007. The tutorial covered the Presenter First approach, interaction-based unit testing, and the use of mock objects in GUI development.
In the fall, Atomic Object will sponsor and present at GLSEC.
